Bonnie is the Managing Director of The Social Investment Consultancy (TSIC), a global social impact consultancy working across Asia, Europe, Africa and Latin America. Since joining in 2014, she has scaled TSIC internationally, to over 60 staff globally. TSIC has worked with over 400 clients, including The Children’s Investment Fund Foundation, British Council and UNICEF. She is a serial social entrepreneur: having founded women’s empowerment social enterprise Lensational, Diversity Forum for Inclusive Social Investment and Pathway Fund, a new impact investment wholesaler focused on racial equity. She is also a Senior Advisor at Social Value International.

Bonnie has been invited to speak on social impact in over 20 countries including two TEDx talks, on topics of gender inclusion, social impact and social entrepreneurship. Previously, she was Forbes Senior Contributor writing on gender and diversity; and has held strategic governance positions, including Trustee at 360 Giving, Member of the Blended Finance Investment Committee at Access – Foundation for Social Investment, and Member of the Chinese University of Hong Kong’s Global Alumni Advisory Board. She received multiple accolades for her work, named Asia21 Young Leader by Asia Society, a Forbes 30 Under 30 Social Entrepreneur, and Young Achiever by the Asian Women of Achievement Awards.  

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Business Studies (with First Honours) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master in International Relations from the London School of Economics and a Certificate in Impact Finance Innovations Programme from Said Business School, University of Oxford. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she has also lived in Pakistan, Singapore, the United States, Denmark, Germany. She is now based in London, the United Kingdom.
