Jocey is a bubbly individual, who is always striving for excellence. Fluent in both French and English, her positive "I can do" attitude enables her to build strong relationships in her professional work.

Jocey occupies both the roles of facilitator and community learner at The Giving Lab. Her main responsibilities are to coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with the assigned idea team, being their main point of contact. She is responsible for setting up homework tasks, developing and delivering an impact plan, supporting the team throughout the project design until the delivery process. Jocey is passionate about helping people grow in becoming the best versions of themselves despite the difficulties of life.

Jocey is a wellbeing group lead with the Church Elm Hub lead by a reputed christian organisation known as Dagenham Christians together.

Her approach to communication has always encouraged others to open up, whether it is a work-related issue or a personal life situation.

Jocey strives to encourage personal development which helps build a positive, resilient and healthy community who can manage problems with confidence and recover from difficulties.
