An Introduction: Evaluating TSIP’s Social Impact
During the Summer of 2021, a team of three interns were recruited, trained and worked as part of TSIP’s evaluation team with a mission to evaluate the social impact of TSIP’s work.

Social Impact through our eyes
As interns at TSIP we have taken an evaluative approach to see what TSIP’s real social impact is!
TSIP is a consultancy that has strong relationships with underrepresented communities, that strives to bring forward their voices and encourages community engagement to drive social impact. Critical to maximising their social impact TSIP believes in the importance of being reflective and transparent.
As young people who are part of these communities, we have taken on the challenge of evaluating TSIP’s social impact. The insights gathered will be used to inform TSIP’s key stakeholders such as future clients and help TSIP live out their ethos in making society fairer.
Before you delve deeper into what we found out, we begin with an introduction to who we are.
The TSIP intern evaluation team consist of:
Rebekah, a recent graduate who is passionate about tackling health inequalities and making society fairer
Ruby, a current student from South London committed to utilising creativity for social innovation
And Muyiwa a South London born-and-bred aspiring basketball player keen to help his community
