Partner's blog: Food & the built environment
Our friends at Gehl have written a brilliant and insightful blog about food, health and eating behaviours, and ways in which we are shaped by the built environment! We’re currently an evaluation and community engagement partner for Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity on childhood health, and keen to be seeing such interesting work done in the field.
“In partnership with The Social Innovation Partnership, we are engaging local citizens as ‘citizen scientists’ who will help us begin a conversation with residents in two neighbourhoods. These conversations will inform our primary research and analysis. Fancy Sinantha, Director of Development says, “We are absolutely delighted to be working with Gehl and Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Charity on the ground. We are dedicated to ensuring that local residents, their experiences and voices, are driving design and positive change in their neighbourhoods and broader communities.”
