Sheila Ruiz (she/her) is a programme and partnerships manager with over 18 years' experience in the cultural and social impact sectors. She is passionate about building a more equitable, inclusive and conscious world with a focus on global majority communities.

Sheila is currently Senior Manager of the Advocacy & Creative Programme at the Commonwealth Foundation and previously worked for Facebook/Meta and the Royal African Society. She is also a certified embodiment coach and loves helping people to gain more self-awareness, resilience and choice through the body. Sheila is of Spanish and Equato-Guinean heritage and has made London her home.
