Tyler works across a range of TSIP’s projects and has expertise spanning organisational development, strategic consulting and frontline service delivery.
She has extensive experience working collaboratively and cross-culturally with various displaced communities in Canada, the UK and Germany. In the past, she worked with London’s refugee community as a welfare advocate, immigration adviser and head of youth services, overseeing projects for young people including housing, mentoring and employability, as well as training teachers, staff and volunteers on strategies for supporting children and teenagers who have recently arrived in the UK. She later founded Springboard Youth Academy, a holistic education program for newly arrived refugee young people.
Tyler was recently a Fellow at the Center for Art and Urbanism (ZK/U) in Berlin, Germany, and holds a BA (Hons.) in Anthropology from McGill University and an MSc. in Law, Anthropology and Society from the London School of Economics.
