Ralf Josef


Ralf recently joined TSIP as an associate to support various projects with his insight into design processes and entrepreneurship. 

Ralf used to be a design journalist in Germany, and also runs a design agency focused on supporting organisations to facilitate difficult discussions around mental health and wellbeing. He is also co-founder of an education technology start-up tackling educational disadvantages at a primary school level by applying metacognition and self-regulated learning practices.

Ralf graduated with an MA/MSc from the Royal College of Art and Imperial College London were he focused on the cross-section of design innovation, system design, cultural studies and social impact.
