Nicholas Glicher

Nicholas is a lawyer with substantial leadership experience in the development sector, working in the UK, the US and South Africa.

Nicholas is the Director of TrustLaw, the world’s largest pro bono clearing house, active in over 175 countries and a service of the Thomson Reuters Foundation. He has a special focus on social investment and social enterprise and leads TrustLaw initiatives including the Social Enterprise and Impact Investment legal training course and the TrustLaw Index of Pro Bono.

Nicholas has a deep understanding of social enterprise and social investment globally, and leads initiatives focused on limiting the risk of slavery in supply chains. Prior to joining the Thomson Reuters Foundation, Nicholas worked as a banking and finance lawyer in London and Chicago at Mayer Brown, a leading global law firm. He also worked as part of the Debt Capital Markets team at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London.
