As Director of Consultancy, Adrienne is responsible for the quality of our work and oversees many of our client projects. She helps set the strategic and operational direction of TSIP, as well as working on product development and learning.
Adrienne joined TSIP from Plan International, where she helped set up the Global Research and Knowledge Management Team. She was the lead researcher for the organisation’s sponsorship database with data on 1.4 million children, helping Plan International to use this data to improve and inform its programmes. She also co-created Plan’s first global knowledge management strategy and was involved in its implementation.
Adrienne has founded and grown several social ventures – including Atma Mumbai in 2005 (an accelerator for education in India, where she helped numerous NGOs through successful change processes) and the Muktangan Educational Trust in 2011 (supporting the work of seven schools in India with an innovative education methodology).
Adrienne is also involved in a local community garden project, inspiring young children to enjoy nature and grow plants.
Adrienne holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge and a Masters in Public Administration from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, as well as a diploma in Spanish and International Communications from Tec de Monterrey in Mexico.
