Reuben Saxon


Reuben is a social entrepreneur and strategy professional with experience working across private, public and third-sectors. Reuben was previously Chief Executive of TSIP and now acts as an advisor and senior associate. 

Reuben joined us from Youth Business International (YBI), a global INGO operating in more than 45 countries across five continents. As Head of Strategic Partnerships, he developed a global portfolio of cross-sector partnerships with organisations that included the United Nations, BG Group, J.P. Morgan and Citi Bank, while also leading YBI’s expansion into the US, Europe and ASIA.

He brings a track record of leadership in international development, in 2015 he designed and catalysed a programme to support young Syrian refugees to start businesses in the southern parts of Turkey, working alongside local actors, UNHCR and his previous employer Accenture, where he was a member of the Global Strategy Practice. 

Reuben brings entrepreneurial and start-up experience in the fund management, property and technology sectors, in addition to experience in advocacy and public speaking at forums such as the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance UK and the European Micro Finance Network

Reuben holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from University of Oxford and is currently on the Executive Masters in Public Administration Public Policy at the London School of Economics.
