Greater London Authority

The Greater London Authority (GLA) is an elected strategic regional authority that serves both the Mayor and the London Assembly. It has power over transport, policing, economic development, and fire and emergency planning across the capital. The GLA is one of three core funders of Project Oracle, London’s children and youth evidence hub. Project Oracle continues to work with the GLA through the London Schools Excellence Fund (LSEF), supporting the Fund’s grantees to take an evidence-based approach.
