Umin manages TSIP’s day-to-day operations, as well as PA support to our Executive Chair. This includes overseeing TSIP’s relationships with external suppliers, maintaining internal businesses processes and systems, including financing. She also provides support to our senior leadership team and assists TSIP’s consultants, analysts and other staff members to deliver the best possible work for clients.

Previously, Umin worked as Office Manager for project management and electrical contracting companies and helped to set up a small commercial refurbishment business in 2016. Also, she has experience in the IT recruitment sector and has worked overseas in Australia.

Umin has a BA Honours Degree in Business Management from London South Bank University, and Foundation Degree in Enterprise and Small Business Development, following an Advanced Apprenticeship in Business and IT.

Skills: Facilities Management, MS Office and Accounting software, HR and business administration, and fluent in English, Kutchi and Bengali. 

Interests: International development, non-fiction, travel, music, family and anything to do with food.
