Nairat joined TSIP in Autumn 2021 as a Project Officer, and now as a Junior Consultant, where she helps lead on project delivery and output as well as other organisational needs. She graduated City University of London with a BSc in International Political Economy and took a particular interest in the structures of power in society and how these shape social relations. Her interest in tackling social injustices has led her to TSIP where is excited to be working for an organisation that upholds similar values as her own. She truly believes in the value of integrating communities and individuals in the process of creating
social change.
