Zoe Gruhn

Board Member

Zoe has recently been responsible for establishing and promoting leadership development programmes tailored for Ministers and other senior policy makers in the UK.

She has over 25 years' experience in leadership development, as an Executive, Team and Leadership Coach and Organisation Development Consultant, working globally at Board and Executive level designing and delivering value creating people strategies. 

Zoe was previously the Head of Leadership and Learning, Global Finance at HSBC. She also led the Leadership and Coaching practice at Hay Group Ltd and she set up a coaching and supervisory network for the professional development of executive coaches. 

She has an MA in Management Learning from Lancaster University.
